1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Steelrite Holdings website (steelrite.co.za) and the services provided by Steelrite Holdings (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa, with offices at 8 Link Road, Mansfield, Cape Town, 7140.

2. Services
Steelrite Holdings provides steel fabrication and installation services including but not limited to structural steel fabrication, steel rolling and bending, core drilling, CNC machining, stainless steel and glass balustrades, architectural steelwork, custom metal fabrication, and on-site installation across Cape Town and the Western Cape.
3. Quotations
All quotations provided by Steelrite Holdings are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Any changes to the project scope, materials, or specifications after a quotation has been issued may result in a revised quotation.
4. Acceptance of Work
A project is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quotation or written acceptance from the client, together with any required deposit payment. Steelrite Holdings reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment terms apply: a deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the quotation, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to delivery or installation. Steelrite Holdings reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of non-payment.
6. Delivery & Installation
Steelrite Holdings will make every reasonable effort to complete fabrication and installation within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery and installation dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, including material availability, weather conditions, and site access.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that accurate measurements, drawings, and site information are provided to Steelrite Holdings prior to fabrication. Steelrite Holdings accepts no liability for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client. The client is also responsible for ensuring that the site is ready and accessible for installation on the agreed date.
8. Warranties
Steelrite Holdings warrants that all work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, using materials of satisfactory quality. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the completion of work.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Steelrite Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the work performed under the relevant contract.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Steelrite Holdings website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Steelrite Holdings and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
